Confirmation 2024-2025 (Returning Families)

Thank you for your interest in our High School Confirmation Program! We look forward to journeying with your teen this year. 

Please make sure to review all Holy Trinity Confirmation Requirements below before enrolling.

Confirmation 2024-2025 Requirements:

• Unless your child was baptized at Holy Trinity, a digital copy (or photo) of your student's Baptism Certificate must be uploaded on our online registration form in order to enroll this year. 
• A completed copy of your student's Sponsor Form must also be uploaded on our online registration form in order to enroll.
  • If your child's sponsor is a non-parishioner, please ensure the form is signed by the sponsor's home parish.  
  • If your child's sponsor is a Holy Trinity Parishioner, please fill out a sponsor form unsigned and we will obtain the signature from Fr. Rodolfo on your behalf.

• To complete our Confirmation Prep, good attendance is extremely important. If a student has more than two excused absences, then they will risk being dropped from the program and need to re-enroll the following year.
  • Please Note: Arriving to class later than 10 minutes will count as an absence this year. Please help us make sure students are arriving to class on time. 
• This year our program will require 4 mandatory Confirmation workshop days. A Catholic Parent or Sponsor must attend the mandatory Confirmation workshop days with their student. These dates include the following:
  • Sunday, September 22, 2024 - Mandatory Parent Meeting
  • Sunday, November 17, 2024 - Mandatory Sponsor (or Parent) Workshop
  • Sunday, January 12, 2025 - Mandatory Sponsor (or Parent) Workshop
  • Sunday, March 30, 2025 - Mandatory Sponsor (or Parent) Workshop
  • These mandatory meetings will take place during normal class time in the Holy Trinity Banquet Hall.
